Astrology Forecast for March 28, 2012 and Just Checking In...

Does anyone feel like they are being pulled thru a really
tight ringer right now?   I have been over this past week-end
and still up until today.  The only thing I've really done is
retreat and be still in the silence...regrouping my energies
almost each moment as weird thoughts race rampant thru
my mind, and me...duh...trying to figure out scenarios
playing in my mind...then I realize what I'm doing and send
it to the Light, never to return to me.  It has been a wild ride.

On the upside of that, I did get to spend a much too short
evening with my Sister/Friend who took such wonderful care
of me at the hospital the day I had my surgery.  We went out
for a sandwich on Tuesday night.  We chose Arby's as it is near
our beautiful Mighty Sister Rock River...grabbed our food, and
made our way over to sit and watch the sun go down in the
park right on the river.  As we sat there, the ducks came waddling
up to the car windows looking for a bit of a treat.  It is posted
not to feed the ducks or geese that live on our River.  Well, we
of course ignored the sign and I threw out bread for them and
told them I loved them and sent them blessings.  While we were
sitting there and Eagle flew down close to the water and I think
probably caught him/herself a tasty late evening dinner, as then
he flew back up into the treeline.  It was late dusk and the sun
was going down so I didn't really see where it landed, but they
have come back to our part of the land here and it isn't uncommon
to see them.  It is however always a delight and sacred blessing!
Of course I quickly had to send healing to the waters.  :)  I want
to find a few women who would be interested in doing New/Full
Moon Ceremony from now until cold weather sets in again.  Hopefully
I can see this made manifest.

Last week we found out my youngest grandchild, Little Grandmother,
has Tourette's.  Her brother, FireKeeper was diagnosed with it a few
years ago as well.   It is hereditary and comes from the matrilineal
genes.  This fact alone kept me in a tizzy for a few days...but I have
calmed down.  I just feel so badly for her.  She has a more severe
form than her brother had...he seems to be calming down more than
when it started.  She has some really bad facial ticks, hissing/snuffling
sounds and now the vocal sounds are starting too.  She was seen by
one of the top neurologists in the country at the UW of Madison.  He
did a series of testing on her and diagnosed her with several different
things...Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder which goes hand in hand
(his words) with Tourettes...she has always spent an inordinate amount
of time getting socks and shoes on just perfectly for her...sometimes
putting them on and taking them off for up to half an hour.  It was
met with much frustration in the family as they felt she was just
delaying going out but no...this is part and parcel of Tourettes as it
is a balance issue.  Socks and shoes must line up perfectly.  Who
knew?  She also suffers from depression, (part of it) and a few other
things and will be tested for learning delays.  She has struggled very
much at school.  The thing that really impressed me about the neurologist
is, that he made it abundantly clear that Little Grandmother not be in
any situation where she is bullied by her peers, teachers or anyone
else.  He then sent my Daughter that day to hand deliver a letter he
composed to the school system, teachers, supervisors, counselors, etc..
She will be testing a new IEP to see where she is at in her learning,
thank the Goddess, and will be going through more testing for Tourettes
as well.   So...that is why I've been so quiet of late and in a bit of a
tailspin.  My little Beloved shows so much grace throughout all of this
and my heart is really touched by her.  This family has been through
so much on our journey, but it is times like these that have brought
us grace, mercy, closeness as a family, and gratitude to those who
help bring healing.  I love them so deeply and am so grateful they
chose me to be Mother and Grandmother. 

I pray you all are enjoying these Spring Days that we've been blessed
with.  Where I live and love the trees all have leafed out, the flowers
are in bloom, the insects and birds are busy as can be and God is Good!
I've been blessed to see several lilac trees in full bloom, early, but it is
still welcomed nevertheless.  Here in my own yard, the violets and
dandelions are in bloom, the hostas, bleeding hearts, lillies, etc...are
growing like crazy.  We had a bit of rain and things really shot up.
This week I put up the hummingbird feeder...I was going to put it up
several days ago but the winds were about 30 miles and hour and I
just didn't tackle it so that still needs to be done.  I am going to enjoy
what time I have left here until I make my move to a new abode, and
then wish my sacred space here well and bless it as I leave.  We have
served each other well.

Also I am still busy getting ready for the move...going thru stuff...and
man oh man how can one person have so much stuff in a one room
apartment?  Not only inside but outside as well.  Fortunately I can
give my son and his significant other the outside furniture and planters.
That was huge on my mind...but the beautiful rocks that I've been
moving with me forever now must either stay or I will have to find
safe and sacred homes for them, and I have many!   So much to do.

I will slowly make my way around to all of your blogs to read and
leave a word or two...please know I adore you all and think of you
even when I am not on Blogger, often times just stopping in the
moment, and sending up a prayer and blessing for you.  We are
after all, in this together and I wish you much peace along your
way.

Here's wishing for you, lovely wildlife in your sacred space, be it
our feathered friends, furry friends, plant life or the fae.  :)

Earth Mother, Our Mother...

In Love and Light for the Gulf Oil Spill....

I've been in prayer and meditation
over the Gulf Oil Spill after finding
myself so angry and upset over it.
It was the only way I could diffuse
the ill-energy going on within me
as well as what is happening at the
site and those responsible
for this horrific happening.

This morning when I woke up it
was and is still in my energy field.
So much so that I am being impressed
to post about this so that more and
more of us can send healing blessings
to the waters, the lands, the wildlife,
the ocean creatures, the humans who
are being directly affected, the people
who are addressing this situation so that
right decisions are being put into play,
that discussions at a government level
as to who is to blame, cease and desist
for now, so that the energy being spent
on that will shift to that of confining the
oil and the damage caused thus far.

I feel if we all gather as a collective
consiousness, sending out wave after
wave of prayer, blessing and healing,
and spreading that word, then this can
be turned around energetically.

It is our responsibility as good stewards
of Mother Earth, as WayShowers, as
Lightworkers, to engage in this fully,
and with Divine Love and Compassion....

I pray you will join me and continue on
in that vein until is has been contained
and cleaned up...visualizing us all at the
site, standing around the spill hand in hand,
sending healing prayer and blessing, wave
after wave, after wave....

Out With The Old and In With The New

As I sit here this night contemplating all that has gone by this year I am filled with bittersweet memories...isn't that how it always goes as we say goodbye to one year as we usher in the next?

I am such a richly blessed woman but it hasn't always been that way or so I thought...I had to go through the school of hard knocks, the life lessons, (of which by the way, I still am going through) the experiences which have brought me to where I am in this very moment.

What I have come to realize is the blessedness of each breath we take, how our body supports us, how connected we are by this earthly dwelling form we have, to seek the source of whence it came....

I also realize my connection to Source, The Divine, Great Spirit's Grandmother and Grandfather.

So many names and all perfectly fitting in my realm of thinking...I do not color in the lines. I'd rather make big, bold, splashes of color! Oh I can, and I have, but at this stage of the game in Grandmotherhood I've let all the filters fall away so that I can experience the gloriousness of Life itself! The Joy of Life that fills me to overflowing. There is too much of life I have not experienced here on Mother Terra...but I will keep on so that my soul knows fulfillment at the end of a long day and an even longer night.

So it is with some sadness I say goodbye to 2009...what a year it has been! Now I welcome in the New Year of 2010 and look forward with anticipation to the new energies being raised all over the Planet and yes, even the entire Universe. I hope that each person lets the old fall away, resolve not to live in regret, but to look forward to waking up each wonderful, glorious morning and say Ahhhh! A new day! Thank You God! I hope as well that each soul can learn to really look at the person they are with and understand that this soul yearns for peace, joy, and the Love which passes All Understanding just the same as we do. Sometimes this has been a hard lesson for me to learn? But we all can endeavor to be and do better, eh?

So to the future I raise my glass and say Welcome! Let the Healing of the Planet and Her inhabitants begin! It is a time for Peace...for being Creative and Passionate and standing alongside one another to produce the results we all want to see...Like Ghandi says.."Be the change you wish to see!" Wasn't he a wise person? It is a time for Love and we all know Love is a verb so get in on the action and give some away! You'll be amazed at how great you feel...it is a beautiful Gift from God!
