Water is vital, it is beautiful, and useful. We can bathe in it and float away on it. Water nourishes our land and our body. We cook with it and drink glasses full of it.

I watched the premiere of frozen planet last sunday and as I watched the changes of the seasons at the north and south pole I was amazed at the beauty and the clarity of the water there. Yet I also realized at the same moment that although it appeared that our supply was so vast it is also so scarce. Thank you for the reminder.
