I won a Giveaway over at Lauren's Blog and wanted to take a moment to say a Huge Thank You to her for her outstanding artwork on cards that she sent me! One was of Wolf Mama and the other was I am Here (coyote)...both medicines are strong and powerful and as one would guess Wolves have been with me for eons...
On the back of each painting she has written a little of their medicine they hold and I will share that with you but first I want you to see for yourself what an outstanding Artist she truly is!
Mine are in the bottom row here and I just love them and cannot wait to get frames for them to hang! She writes....Wolf Mama, Wild...In tune with nature...Friendly and cautious at the same time...Intuitive and territorially aware...Loyal and loving-life-giving...Wolves are teachers carrying stories and dreams...Wolf medicine teaches us that true freedom requires discipline...Respecting our elders, gatekeepers, guides, all relations...Divinity, guidance and wisdom are all carried by the ancient ones...We can listen and hear the songs...We see with thousands of eyes...We are the story-tellers, and peace makers...Sharing the medicine...Creatively Aware.
And of I am Here...Coyote medicine emanates an enchanting rawness...Magic and creation-how we adapt and what we do with our gifts. Coyote reminds us to keep smiling as we evolve and learn, while surviving through any terrain with head up and eyes wide-tracking the scent for the next spirit-meal a teaching, a lesson, blessings, realizations, humility...what's real. Coyote keeps it real while shifting paradigms in the mind, sometimes driving the truth home in clever ways-making it known as the Trickster, but all the while a loyal spirit guide through all types of transformation. Coyote carries the wisdom of the old ways...with strong family ties...Able to adapt to any situation with wisdom and folly in balance.
