How to Make a Rain Chain

There is a cool article on Ehow that walks you
through making a rain chain.  I had suggested
these to my landlord last year before we took
out the wheelchair ramps, as in winter time
the snow melt would pool on the ramp and
below it, and overnight would freeze, making
the ramp quite treacherous to those using it.
Namely Me!  So anywho...there is a good

them and they can drip right into your rain
